We developed a high-level visual and UX exploration of the proposed redesign and features of the Thomas Cook web experience.
With innovative features we created a great travel experience by placing the user first.
By incorporating unique content, personalization, accessibility and clean design, thomascook.de has the potential to become best-in-class travel provider in Germany.
The landscape is changing, competitors are gaining in market share, we need to remain nimble and innovative in this ever-shifting online world.

We synthesized findings and experiences into four key digital trends across five stages of travel. The goal was to provide Thomas Cook Germany with a tool to help them along their journey to becoming first-in-class travel provider and for developing best-in-class user experience.
